Before you start
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open SubTrack in the browser on your phone to record and review daily tickets. You do not need an app from the App Store or Google Play.
Does my client need an account to approve a ticket?
No. Your client opens a secure link, reviews the daily ticket, and approves it or sends it back. They do not need a SubTrack account.
Can you help load our crew and rates?
Yes. You can add your crew and project rates yourself. If you want help loading them, contact us and we will set that up with you.
