Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you access SubTrack's website or applications. They enable core functionality, maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, and help improve platform performance and reliability.

Cookies may be set by SubTrack directly or by approved third-party services used to operate the platform.

2. How We Use Cookies

SubTrack uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Enable essential platform functionality
  • Secure authentication and session management
  • Remember user preferences and settings
  • Measure usage patterns and feature adoption
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience

Analytics and advertising technologies are optional. Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Pixel do not load until you allow the corresponding category.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Cookie typePurposeDuration
Session CookiesMaintain logged-in state and security contextSession
Authentication TokensSecure API and application requestsUp to 7 days
Preference CookiesStore theme, language, and layout settingsUp to 1 year
Analytics CookiesMeasure website visits after analytics consentProvider-specific, up to 2 years
Advertising CookiesMeasure advertising performance after advertising consentProvider-specific, up to 90 days

4. Third-Party Cookies and Services

SubTrack uses a limited set of trusted third-party services that may set cookies or similar identifiers to support core functionality:

  • Authentication providers for secure login and identity management
  • Analytics providers to understand platform usage and improve features
  • Payment processors to securely handle billing and transactions
  • Customer support tools to provide in-app assistance

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.

4.1 Server Pageview Measurement

The marketing site sends a server-side pageview to Arrivl for traffic measurement, including requests from crawlers that do not run JavaScript. This request can include the visited URL, user agent, referrer, and network address. It does not set browser cookies or local storage and remains independent of optional analytics and advertising consent.

5. Managing Cookies

5.1 Browser and Device Settings

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You may:

  • View cookies stored on your device
  • Delete existing cookies
  • Block all cookies or specific categories
  • Control third-party cookie behavior

Mobile devices provide similar controls through operating system settings.

5.2 Impact of Disabling Cookies

Disabling cookies may limit or prevent access to certain features:

  • Essential cookies are required for authentication and security
  • Disabling essential cookies will prevent use of the platform
  • Non-essential cookies can be disabled with limited impact

5.3 Cookie Preferences

You can open Cookie settings from the website footer at any time. Your choice is stored in first-party local storage. Withdrawing a category stops future route pageviews and removes related first-party cookies that the site can control. A third party may retain data or cached code according to its own policy.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. There is no industry standard for responding to these signals. SubTrack does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals but provides in-platform tools to manage cookie preferences.

7. Mobile Applications

SubTrack mobile applications use technologies similar to cookies, including local storage and device identifiers, to support secure authentication, offline functionality, preference storage, and performance optimization. These settings can be managed through your device or application preferences.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of SubTrack constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
