Rate sheet
Also called rate card, price book, T&M schedule.
A rate sheet is the signed schedule of charge-out rates for a job — labor classes, iron, overtime, standby, and extras. It is the contract behind every LEM. A public index is not a rate sheet.
What belongs on the sheet
Every class the field might bill, the unit, overtime and double-time rules, whether iron is bare or operated, portal-to-portal, and the as-of date. If a class is missing, the ticket invents it.
Public Rates versus your sheet
Rates by SubTrack is a North American T&M benchmark. Your sheet is the number the client signed. SubTrack assigns that sheet to the project so every LEM reads the same labor and iron.

Can I use the public Rates book as my rate sheet?
No. It is a benchmark. Copying a median onto an invoice skips the agreement.
